Frank Family Vineyards, 2013 Blanc de Blancs- Carneros- Pale straw in color with a continuous thread of persistent bubbles. A beautiful bouquet marked by delicate aromas of floral lemon, brioche and green apples fuse with hints of toasted almond, wet stone and crème brûlée.



Alaskan halibut, oven dried tomato, sorrel cream, and parmesan tuile


Frank Family Vineyards, 2016 Carneros Chardonnay - On the palate, the Carneros Chardonnay is full-bodied and creamy yet balanced by its lively acidity; with nuanced flavors of yellow apple, lemon curd, baked pear, melon, and subtle hints of oak toast.



Grape leaf wrapped smoked sliced pork tenderloin, sun dried cherry jus, wild rice stuffed mushroom


Frank Family Vineyards, 2016 Carneros Pinot Noir- Appears ruby in the glass and opens with aromas of cinnamon stick, cardamom, and fresh raspberries. The palate offers a soft, balanced structure framed by elegant tannins with flavors of cherry pie, violets, and baking spices followed by a long, decadent finish.



Sliced rack of venison, Doc Doyle’s blueberry sauce, 3 cheese au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach


Frank Family Vineyards, 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley- Bright, medium ruby color with purple overtones. The wine offers generous aromas of violet, plum, anise, cassis, and mint with restrained floral overtones.



Chocolate glazed zinfandel infused poached pears, blue cheese biscuit, basil mint ice cream


Frank Family Vineyards- 2015 Zinfandel- Garnet in color, and opens with aromas of raspberries, vanilla, and earthy dried herbs. Medium-bodied on the palate with an abundance of fresh fruit and black pepper flavors on the entry, this wine is round, silky, and finishes with flavors of ripe blackberries.
